Kathleen Outcalt, DO

Kathleen (Katie) Oucalt, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician, specializes in chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and migraines, along with preventive care. She also focuses on end-of-life planning, medication management, behavioral health, women’s health, contraception, weight management and hormone replacement. Dr. Oucalt offers treatments such as joint and trigger point injections, cryotherapy, suture removal, and IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal. Inspired to be a doctor since kindergarten, Dr. Oucalt is committed to holistic care, addressing body, mind and spirit. She builds personal connections with her patients, treating them like family, and prioritizes education to empower them in managing their health. Her goal is to help patients lead happy, healthy lives. As a fifth-generation Arizonan from Scottsdale, Dr. Oucalt is returning after four years of practice in San Diego. She is a mom, wife and lifelong doctor, who enjoys trying new restaurants, taking her son to the park, listening to live music and baking. She also speaks Spanish.
