Karen Wheeler, M.D., Ph.D. - Arizona Urology Specialists

Dr. Mitzi Barmatz is board certified with the American Board of Urology. She received her medical degree from the University Of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Her Internship as well as Residency was completed at the University of Arizona, where she received the George W. Drach Award for Compassion in Urologic patient care. She graduated with honors throughout her education.

Physician Assistant Jenna Bumgardner received a B.S in Biology from Louisiana State University, and graduated from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, with a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. P.A. Bumgardner received her Physician Assistant certification from National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. While completing her studies, P.A. Bumgardner gained extensive clinical knowledge and experience working as a nurse technician and volunteering as a P.A. student. Jenna has spent many hours volunteering in various medical settings. She also volunteered as an instructor for Girl Scouts of Louisiana.
