History

The seed for Kagons began in the 2000s when I took a few independent contractor jobs on the side, developing and maintaining databases. After a brief break to round out my computer support and networking knowledge with an associate's degree in Cisco Networking and a certificate in website construction, I registered the trade name Kagons Tutoring and Technical Support in 2013.

Specialties

I specialize in providing technical support and one-to-one tutoring at your location (in your home or small business). Services include but are not limited to: (a) computer, smart phones, network, and software installations, set ups, and upgrades; (b) friendly, individually tailored training in the basic use of your devices, smart phones, computers, printers, operating system; and (c) training in the more advanced use of specific software, including FileMaker, MS Office apps, Adobe Photoshop, etc. (Ask for more information if interested). Also, support through secure remote assistance via computer-to-computer connection is available. All support services and tutoring are available by appointment.
