Was in town for a week & found what has to be the best butcher in town! Ribeye was legit the best we've ever had! Carne & pollo amazing for taco night. Flavors/marinade on point! Burgers perfect...

Hubby and I came in today to look for beef for carne asada and found beautifully marbled Flap meat! We bought 5 lbs We also purchased a pound of their bacon....so glad we did because it smells...

The meat purchased was top sirloin steak & a roast. The roast was my favorite. Steak was a bit chewy. Will be back for more of their meats.
