Joby Mathews, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician specializing in integrative care for cardiometabolic health. Committed to a whole-person approach, Dr. Mathews furthered his expertise with an integrative medicine fellowship through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, focusing on preventive, patient-centered care. He views each patient as a partner in their health journey, using integrative strategies to promote long-term wellness. Passionate about empowering patients, he offers a balanced, proactive approach to treatments. Originally from Texas, Dr. Mathews has lived in Arizona since 2015, after practicing in Connecticut. Outside of medicine, he stays active with daily workouts, supports his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoys exploring new cultures through travel with his family.
