I Taught Myself How To Braid As A Kid But Didnt Start Doing Hair For Money Until January 2008. When The Recession Hit Chicago, I Had Two Babies 13 Months Apart And Was Let Go From My Job As A Chiropractic Assistant In December 2007. Desperate, now A Single Mom Of Four, I Did What I Knew How to Do To Survive (Babysitting, House Cleaning, Painting, Sewing Etc.) In 2008 I Made A Total Of Just Under $7k! Today, We Are Still Alive, I Learned A Ton And Keep Getting Better! Eight Years Later I Am Still Striving For Success, Following Gods Lead.
