J. Mikel Hubanks, MD, FACS - Arizona Urology Specialists

Dr. Nagpal is fellowship-trained in minimally invasive surgery, robotics/endourology, and is accredited by the Endourology Society. His areas of clinical specialty include robotic oncology, minimally invasive surgery, kidney stone disease and endourology, and BPH/enlarged prostate.Dr. Nagpal joined Arizona Urology Specialists in 2019.

Dr. Han is fellowship-trained in urologic cancers with a focus on prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers. In addition to urologic cancer, his areas of specialty include kidney stone disease and prostate conditions. Dr. Han's work has been extensively published including over 40 scientific papers and over 10 national research presentations. His paper on Cryosurgery for the treatment of organ-confined prostate cancer with third-generation cryosurgery, preliminary multi-center experience, was the first paper in the world on the use of the technology in humans.

Alexis Pedersen, MSPAS, PA-C, graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in public health. While at University of Arizona, Alexis earned Dean's List recognition and served as the College of Public Health's Student Ambassador. She worked as a Patient Care Technician at Honor Health Deer Valley Medical Center, providing hands-on care via EKGs, glucose checks, documenting vitals, and gaining valuable experience in effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
