Scammed out of a working vaporizer because the device didn't work. The fellow behind the desk was so barred out on Xanax he told me that he wasn't going to help out despite the faulty product....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, these people are absolutely awful. They have no respect for their customers. Employees don't aren't friendly, and the owner sells DAMAGED GLASS AT NORMAL PRICE....

DONT BUY VAPES HERE. I got 7 vapes and 5 of them didn't work. When I asked for a refund they said I could only have store credit. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told his name was Austin...

If I can I give a lower rating I would. Called and they wouldn't tell me even the price of something, I asked multiple questions and every answer was that she couldn't answer that without reason....
