Irene Forrest, NP - Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group-Cottonwood

Celeste Scalf is a certified family nurse practitioner with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group. She is also a team member of the Community Care Network, a program designed to support and improve the health and well-being of VVMC's recently-discharged, chronically ill and elderly patients. Through a holistic approach that emphasizes both care and cure, Scalf assesses, diagnoses, treats and prescribes medications as needed for patients. She manages patient care in collaboration with other providers and members of the healthcare team to improve health outcomes. Scalf joined Verde Valley Medical Center in 2000.
