Interfaith Community Care

Interfaith Community Care is a community-supported, nonprofit human services agency based in Surprise, Ariz. Founded in 1981, it serves Sun City, Sun City West, Youngtown, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, El Mirage, and surrounding areas in Arizona. Its services include more than five adult day care centers, in-home care and support, geriatric and senior care management, emergency response systems, peer counseling, support groups, information and referral and various other senior services. The largest age group it serves is 75- to 84-year-olds. Interfaith Community Care s home care program preserves independence and helps older adults avoid the transition to long-term care facilities by providing in-home services, including light housekeeping, meal preparation and direct care services by certified nursing assistants.
