Integrity Hospice Care started in February 2014, with the purpose of educating the community to make educated decision regarding end of life care, quality comfort cares and pain management. We uphold in high esteem our employees contributions and that of our patients' families to help provide the best of cares.

Integrity Hospice provides comfort and palliative care for our clients who are facing a life limiting illness. Services include Nurses (RN) Case managers visits Medical Doctor, primary care providers as needed Social Services needs met by Medical Social Worker with Masters degree level prepared Volunteers assist with companionship and respite care Our bereavement counselors provide grief support and education Certified Nurse Aides who provide personal care and assistance with ADL Chaplains/ Spiritual Counselors on staff provide spiritual comfort, presence, and counseling as needed.
