As someone who has eaten a pancake or two in my 73 years, I know a good pancake when I eat one, I recently stopped by my local IHOP for a late breakfast and let me tell you--this spot nailed it....

Food is exactly the same as others. Service here is so bad. Takes them a good 35 min to get your drink order after sitting even though only like 4 other tables.

Maybe it's on me, having the nerve to order a salad at a breakfast place, but I did. A grilled chicken chopped salad, specifically. I waited 10-15 minutes longer than I expected for it to arrive...

Honestly the steak bites with the eggs over medium is my favorite but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I grew up on ihop so I'll always go every now and then
