Terrible customer service. Good luck getting a live person on the phone. Even if you do they most likely won't help you.
I'd rate them lower than 1 star if that was even possible. You wait an eternity on hold if you call. If you request a callback, it takes an hour or better for them to call back. If the call drops...
The Hughes System has gone to a horrible phone system that is useless. Slow and under staffed. Any other bank must be better.
