Cockroaches, rude owner, maintenance takes forever to respond to requests (if at all). Outdoor area smells like dog poo and is never cleaned. Then they up the price for some reason.

If you're looking for the amenities don't live here. nothing works tanning beds, sauna, they only turn the outside tv on twice a year(parents week) and then it's off. Hot water only works if...
