Terrible! I set my appointment and showed up 10min early. The lady was running late with another client and ran 20min past my scheduled time, understandable because it's getting close to the tax...

Disgusted. I'm a 22-year-old professional who was treated like a 5 year old. They encourage individuals to come in to the office if they have questions while doing the "free file" service online....
