This rating is solely based on the receptionist Jackie. She was very rude on the phone. Her customer service skills are lacking. Very huffy and puffy and seems annoyed to be answering the phone....

Great office!! Kelly Miller does an excellent job in preparing my taxes each year! She is both knowledgeable and nice! Also, Jackie G. is especially friendly and helpful!
