Reserved a room for one night. Nov 5 - Nov 6 Term and conditions were not explained at the time of booking the reservation. Who ever we spoke to who books guests was not well trained I guess.. but...

I'm here and I'm sad.Not sure I got booked into this place but I've definitely made a mistake. First, the door says this room rents for $56-$77 a night. I way overpaid, pre-paid non refundable....
