If I can give this zero stars, I would. The front desk staff is terrible. They are rude and unprofessional. Not willing to answer any type of question and obviously hate their job in healthcare....

They are so slow here, no sense of urgency. There tactic is to go so slow you just leave. They stopped accepting patients at 5:30 when they close at 8. Their lobby was dead! I waited over 3 hours...
