It was a whisper that launched an Arizona couple's unique business in one of the nation's toughest real estate markets. John and Cyndee Bezik were seated in a Scottsdale church.His real estate business, like many others, was stalled, as was her interior design work. Cyndee leans over to John and whispers an idea that, after church, sent them home where they began their research on the Internet. They flew to Denver where the parent company Caretakers of America which was established in 1982 and was willing to sell the business model. That was 5 years ago. Today, the Beziks' HomeTenders of America business in metro Phoenix is expanding to Tucson and Sedona, Payson and Prescott.They have had over 1000 homes in the program since with pages and pages of testimonials to how their business helps in so many ways with the problems that befall vacant homes.

We help Realtors and Homeowners in the sale of their vacant properties by putting a fully vetted Hometender (caretaker) to live in the property while it is on the market for sale. We stage the home with their beautiful furniture and decor items to look like a model home. It have been proven that the homes in our program sell quicker and for more money. Our Hometenders pay for pool and landscaping services as well as for all the utilities. We put a home warranty on the property and even pay the service fee. Once the home is staged by our professional interior designers, we have a virtual tour taken for marketing purposes. Our services are completely free to the Realtor and Homeowner. For the Hometender, they get to live in beautiful homes for a fraction of the cost of a typical rental. It is a win-win-win situation!
