My family and I went to this Hollister for back-to-school shopping and the experience was poor. We needed help finding sizes in apparel and we received no assistance from the sales associates....

shit customer service. should really process "in store pick up" faster. put my order in friday morning & 3 days later it still isn't ready & i know they have the item in store. never again.
