I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this Hilton Garden Inn is an absolute disaster. Poorly maintained rooms, zero customer service, and filthy conditions. Our first room's lock didn't work....

Check in was easy. Brittney was pleasant and explained perks. Our room was pretty basic. No carpeting, no furniture to speak of. A cabinet with shelves for your clothes. Very small hanging area...

Will be coming again! The place feels pretty new! It's right next to the Tempe Marketplace which has a variety of eating locations as well as a Shell gas station. There's free parking for this...
