History
Hillhouse was born out of a desire to eliminate the long wait lines of drive-thru coffee shops. With this goal in mind, co-founders Eric and Logan developed Cold Roast. Cold Roast is a proprietary coffee, perfectly balancing bitterness, and acidity with rich notes of chocolate and cinnamon. Cold Roast provides the same amount of caffeine as espresso, without the wait time.

Great coffee shop and cafe with delicious food and drinks nd amazing service. Famous for their cinnamon buns, but their sourdough bread and omelettes were also great as well as their coffees....

A cinnamon toast latte that takes like cereal and coffee... and delicious. Like the space - cozy and relaxing. The owners are super friendly and take pride in their business and it shows.

Excellent customer service at the window. I went to the opening and there was a very long line, it took me hour and a half to get my drink but it was worth it! Ordered the cinnamon toast coffee.
