Head Start-WACOG is the Region IV Community Action Agency serving La Paz, Mohave, and Yuma Counties in Arizona. Established under the 1964 Economic Opportunity Act, it focuses on fighting poverty through a variety of supportive services, including housing counseling, utility assistance, and early childhood learning programs.

As a HUD-approved Local Housing Counseling Agency, WACOG provides services such as loss mitigation and pre-purchase counseling.
