Worse service every! You can't call them directly as know one answers or the call will not go through. Long waiting lines....poor customer service.

I've always had a good experience. I recommend this bank to anyone refinancing car loans. I refinanced with Havasu Community CU/ LA Financial & now have a 3% interest rate.
