Tiziano Tallarita, MD, is a board-certified vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in complex arterial and venous diseases. He serves as co-director of the Aortic Center at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center and brings unique dual training, having completed vascular surgery training in both Italy and the United States. Dr. Tallarita provides comprehensive vascular surgery care, with expertise in complex conditions including aneurysms of the aorta and its side branches, stenosis or occlusion of the aorta and iliac vessels, mesenteric ischemia, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease and deep and superficial venous disease. He offers both open surgical and minimally invasive endovascular treatments, often combining approaches through hybrid procedures. His innovative methods include advanced approaches to aortic aneurysm repair, endoscopic vascular access and patient-specific pain control protocols.
