It is important to Hardrock to have goal of its safety process to ensure that all jobsite hazards are identified and eliminated prior to worker exposure. The primary intent of the company safety program is to protect the health and well being of its employees. All jobsite superintendents and field foremen are educated and trained in best practice, as well as OSHA Safety Standards. Hardrock has received Tilt-up Achievement Award and Tilt-up Concrete Association in 2003. Established in 1989, the company has offices in Tucson and Phoenix, Ariz.
