Founded more than 30 years ago, COPE Behavioral Services is a nonprofit behavioral health organization that provides innovative solutions to community problems. The organization offers treatment and rehabilitation services that address the problems of physical and chemical abuse, general mental health and serious mental illness. COPE works collaboratively to enact sustainable solutions to personal and family problems, as well as broader community issues. The organization focuses on four support areas: equipping individuals and families with the skills and resources to effectively address behavioral health problems, creating employment opportunities for the poor and homeless, developing affordable housing for community residents, and building strategic alliance and collaborative services to address pressing community health needs. COPE Behavioral Services employs more than 325 counselors, case managers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, educators, information technology experts, evaluators, administrators, and support personnel in nearly 15 sites in Tucson, Ariz.

Children's Clinics for Rehabilitative Services, located in Tucson, Ariz., provides health care services. It offers a wide range of rehabilitative services, such as medical treatment, rehabilitation and special support services to children suffering from physical disabilities and mental disorders. The clinic also assists families in screening and enrollment for health and insurance plans and rehabilitative service programs. In addition to more than 25 different medical and dental specialty clinics and primary care services, the Children's Clinics offers outpatient rehabilitative therapies, as well as psychosocial and educational support services for patients and their families. The clinic is administered by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
