Established in 2003, Guthrie Mainstream Services, LLC offers rehabilitation services to children and adults. Located in Mesa, Ariz., it provides licensed adult and child foster homes to developmentally delayed individuals. The organization offers various services, including day treatment and training, respite services, attendant care and more. Additionally, it organizes social and recreational programs and seasonal activities, including football league, pinewood derby and thanksgiving dinners, among others. In addition to facility-based one-on-one group habilitation services for children, Guthrie Mainstream Services, LLC offers weekday, weekend and seasonal programs to young adults, teens and children. It is contracted with the State of Arizona as a qualified vendor to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
