Obviously no one loves a collection agency but these people need to be shut down...they harassed us several times with servers when they knew very well I knew about the debt and tried multiple...

Harassing people. 17 letters in 4 days for a credit card that is not even ours. Even states must provide paperwork in a timely matter but it has been almost a year and now they are HARASSING ME...
