History

Both Shane and Terri have run all types of support groups for many years. In May 2019, we expanded our offerings to include Grief Recovery, based on recognizing the numbers of program participants (in our other programs) truly in need of this service.

Specialties

Could unresolved grief be limiting your ability to be happy? Could your grief be mis-diagnosed and mis-treated as depression? We provide group and individual programs to help you 'complete' and recover from unresolved past or current loss. Since grief is cumulative, and cumulatively negative, you may struggle more and more as you experience new losses.
