Greenbrier Elementary School

Greenbrier Elementary School, located in Glendale, Ariz., serves more than 600 students in prekindergarten through grade six. The school also offers after-school care programs and conducts classes in various subjects, such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Greenbrier Elementary School offers talented and gifted education to students who need extra assistance. In addition, the school provides a variety of special programs, such as reading recovery, special education and the English as a Second Language program. Greenbrier Elementary School's staff includes a psychologist, social worker and school nurse who provide support to students and their families. The school supports chess, fitness and destination imagination clubs, as well as a student council. It also offers extracurricular activities, such as Math Olympiad, spelling bee competitions and foreign language instruction.
