The Green Zone Health and Fitness was created by Ryan Vowell and Sara Wilhelm to educate, motivate and empower those who want to live happier and healthier lives. n nWe are Certified Personal Trainers through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and work with clients who are focused on weight loss, improving athletic ability, recovering from injuries, or those who are new to the gym! We are committed to your goals and create individualized programs that are fun, challenging, and functional to meet your specific needs. Health and Fitness are our passion and we will be by your side every step of the way to empower you to achieve your goals!nnWe converted to a whole foods plant based diet for health, environmental, and ethical reasons. The impact it has made on our lives has been so significant that we wanted to help others live healthier and improve the quality of their lives! While we do advocate a whole food plant based diet, we provide nutritional coaching for our clients with a wide range of dietary requirements.nnYour transformations and success stories inspire us and they inspire others.
