Horrible "check in" procedure. How can someone wait an hour after they check in sitting in your waiting room and have other people walk in and get in front of them. Where is the 0 star...

Don't recommend, rushed to cut my hair, left me all itchy because she didn't get any cut hairs off my head.

Told the hair dresser exactly what I wanted and still got it wrong. I instructed her to use scissors to trim half an inch off the back of my head, and then she shave all the hair behind my head....
