I am sorry but when you ask the stylist to just trim the ends it does not mean cut 1 1/2 inches off. I stopped going here a couple years ago because of this. Now I will not go back ever again....

I asked to have my hair trimmed and did mentioned the ends be done at a 45 degree cut and not 90 degree or 180. The lady cut 2 inches off bottom, more than I said as in max an inch. She did 180...

When I first walked in it looked just like any other hair salon. But when she asked me what I wanted I told the skin fade. But she gave me just skin on both sides of my head and the back of my head.
