I had asked for my hair to go above my shoulders. Right at my shoulders and even pointed to it so she would see. She cut it about 2 inches above where I wanted it. I hate it. I've cried so much...

The website told me to show up at 3:30 they weren't ready for me till 4:30. I ask for a haircut and beard trim. The haircut was sloppy and she did so bad on the beard trim I had her shave it off....
