Founded in 1994 to specialize in only personal injury cases, Grabb and Durando changed the landscape of legal representation for Tucson accident victims. Grabb & Durando brought competition for legal services to Tucson by reducing fees for automobile accident victims. This was unheard of in the legal community, which at the time provided these services for at least 33-1/3%. Although Grabb & Durando pioneered the way for other attorneys to reduce their fees, the reality is that most are still charging one-third or more of the recovery.
