Easy breezy lemony squeezy. Obviously you still pay for airport parking. My recommendation would be terminal 4 parking, go to the 9th floor & take the elevator in the B section to the 3rd floor....

Made a 1pm appointment and arrived at the parking terminal at 12:13pm. Definitely park in terminal 4 parking (parking for 1 hour is $4) and drive all the way up to Zone 9. Take the B elevator down...

Seriously?!? You walk in to a small area which has 6 seats... one federal employee... who couldn't move slower if she was sleeping... no greeter, so you have no idea how long the wait will be......
