Gelato Cimmino

Gelato Cimmino is a local and family-owned business based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. We are different from typical gelato stores here in America. The owner Mario Cimmino grew up in the city with the oldest culture of Gelato in Italy called Torre Del Greco, Italy, thirty minutes south of Naples. Growing up in Naples Mario developed an affinity for gelato and after moving to Arizona, in 2010, started his search for authentic gelato. After several trips back to Italy, Gelato Cimmino was created and became the first gelato restaurant in America to import artisanal gelato directly from Italy. Our Gelato is freshly made in Italy and then flash-frozen and imported into America on climate-controlled containers to preserve peak freshness. The authenticity doesn't stop there, our ingredients are locally sourced from three different provinces in Italy. Our dedication to delivering fresh, authentic gelato to our community is what makes us different.
