Logged into my account to realize that there was a major issue. Called my agent not realizing it was a weekend, after business hours, and he corrected the issue on the spot! Would highly recommend!

Their customer service is awful. I have been trying to get a refund on two policies that have been cancelled, one of which dates back to September of 2018. Phone calls and emails are not...
