Chef Luigi Garibaldi is ready to provide you with a wonderful culinary experience in downtown Kingman AZ. We have beautifully transformed a historic dining area formally known as the Brunswick Hotel. This dining room has been renovated to include as many of the historic original pieces possible, from the original 1909 build of this historic landmark. Chef Luigi's passion for food and perfection shows in every dish he creates. He provides you with the very best ingredients cooked to perfection.Chef Luigi’s style of cuisine is Italian, although he has multiple areas in which his culinary magic shines. The main menu for lunch and dinner includes many Italian favorites, such as Chicken Parmesan, Risotto, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Lobster Ravioli.
