They don't work well with the online store side. I ordered a Ps5 and the online store sent me a Xbox 360 and the store would not return it and you can't get anyone to answer you from Gamestop...

The guy with the Mohawk is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I had issues with my Xbox power supply, he helped me troubleshoot my console without trying to sell me stuff I didn't Need.

Very friendly and nice organized store layout. Only criticism is that it is not on Chandler Blvd.
