Arizona Hemophilia Association provides programs and services that offer emotional, financial and educational assistance, as well as support for hemophilia patients. The association creates awareness to promote and protect access to health care for the bleeding disorder community. Based in Phoenix, Ariz., its client services include assistance to medical visits, English/Spanish interpretation, support for physical, medical and social services assistance. Arizona Hemophilia Association's transition mentorship program helps teens and young adults with self-esteem, personal responsibility, life skills and goal setting.
