We had permits from July 3rd-6th and were really looking forward to trying the famous fry bread at the hut--especially after hearing so much about it. Unfortunately, the staff never showed up...

After a long 10 mile hike, seeing this stand was definitely worth it. They sell their special Frybread with different toppings you can add, hot dogs, and beverages like soda, gatorade, and water....

Holy heck. These guys make the experience so awesome. Camping food gets old. We are not tired of fry bread...and neither were any others. Beware, hours are sketchy...so backup dinners are...

Sooo amazing! Def better than the one in the village. Worth the wait. Cash only. They also sell Gatorade and waters and soda.
