Charged $120 estimate fee to give an estimate that was hundreds more than any other vendor. They're only for selling appliances, but I would go somewhere else for the fix like I did.

This is a very responsible company. Our second purchase from them, a dishwasher, had a problem, and Efren immediately came and fixed out. All the personnel are a pleasure to deal with.
