We have had reoccurring problems getting anyone to fix the inferior service through Frontier. We have three homes. This is the worst cable service we have ever had anywhere. Horrible worthless....

Spotty service, cost increases often, & TERRIBLE customer service! When tech service is needed we had to 3 weeks for technician to come out! That meant no internet/wi fi throughout that waiting...

If you get Frontier's FIOS (fiber to the house) service, you should be happy with the speed you get. Customer support is dodgy, and after your introductory pricing expires you'll need to brace...
