Raised in Mesa, Arizona, Dr. Michael Herrera, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), attended Westwood High School and Arizona State University prior to med school. He believes true healthcare is a partnership between patient and doctor that requires time to listen and connect personally. He joined ArchWell Health because its care model allows him to develop closer relationships with his patients. When he’s not with patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and manicuring his lawn.

Carrie Church was raised in Arizona, where she received her nursing degree. She has expertise in treating chronic diabetes, thyroid disorders, and more. Carrie joined ArchWell Health because of its care model that allows her to spend quality time with every patient. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games with her children, baking, and spending time with friends.

Born and raised in a small town in Alabama, Matthew Parker was very close to his grandparents and has fond memories of spending time on their farm. Prior to becoming a clinician, he worked in public health for nearly a decade. Additionally, much of his clinical training was with older patients in a hospital setting - something he enjoyed very much. When he’s not working, he enjoys coaching his kids’ baseball and basketball teams, cooking, and listening to an occasional audio book.
