Foothills Walk-in Medical Care, located in Yuma, AZ, was a trusted healthcare facility that provided convenient walk-in medical services to the local community. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the clinic has permanently closed its doors and is no longer able to see patients.
Formerly known as Stockton Lake Walk-in Clinic, Foothills Health Center was recently sold and is now under new ownership, no longer affiliated with Level 4 Medical PC.
