Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he'd want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company's mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don't believe us, just ask the Lee family - they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Delicious food! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. Meat is not fried or covered in sauce, so food seems less heavy and more healthy. Great fast casual place and a reasonable price point....
