I became short of breath from what I thought was a sinus infection and cough at the Grand Canyon so we drove to Flagstaff Medical Center emergency room. I was seen right away by the ER nurses....

The nurses in the ER are phenomenal but the good stops there. The Doctors refuse to listen and just make assumptions which made things 10x worse than they needed to be. The business office tries...

The wait took 3 hours, and it was disgusting. There was a guy throwing up and many sick people without masks. My mother dropped her AirPod and considered throwing it away! The floor was so dirty...

So I work in healthcare, as a traveler and I get to go and help, care for and experience the hospitals as well as towns. FMC is in a small town but it definitely doesn't stop the top level...

I had emergency gall bladder surgery here in January. The care I received was excellent. However, they sent me a cash pay bill for $16,300. I called back, gave them my insurance information....
