The City Manager office is a part of the City of Flagstaff in Arizona, which operates purchasing, public safety and human resources departments. Based in Flagstaff, Ariz., Coconino County Recorder s Office is comprised of the Recording Division which includes Microfilm, Mailroom, and the Elections Department.
